How 'in the moment' are you?

In difficult situations I am able to pause before reacting.

I am good at breaking big tasks and projects down into smaller ones.

I find it easy to put things that are worrying me out of my head until later.

I am able to make an itch go away by concentrating on it.

I am good at taking just one thing at a time and not getting ahead of myself.

Every so often I slow myself down and savour every aspect of what I’m doing.

I take regular time out to relax and clear my mind.

I find it easy to just focus purely on my breathing for one minute and not have any intrusive thoughts.

I recover from setbacks well.

When I’m engaged on a task I’m not easily distracted.

I rarely beat myself up for feeling or thinking the way I do.
